Fundrise has received a lot of attention from media channels such as Bloomberg to top real-estate influencers. I've been in since early 21 and can vouch for the 22% return that year. Still pulling 5.4% return this year so 2 to 4 times bank savings and the years not over. Highly recommend this as a great long-term growth investment.

Been trading C3.AI fairly routinely lately... buying in from the 17 to 18's selling in the 19 to 20's. fairly easy set-up. C3 has strong potential for a long-term play as well.

At least I stated it may have room to run with the PayPal news. Looks likes institutions are buying up BitCoin which is bringing up the major alt-coins.

I've upped my equity state and now laddered in 13, 14 and 15 Strike Calls for April. Did this when the underlying was sub-12.
Looking for a push to 15 - 15.50 and probably a healthy pullback from those in early.
Long-term out-of-the-money calls are a good way to make some money on this one.

The largest US pension is loading up on Nikola and Zoom. Chinese EV XPEV jumped last week on earnings bringing NIO and LI right along with it.
They pulled back around 10% and LI pulled back 4%.
The institutional interest and nowhere really to go but up on increased deliveries, much like Tesla was fighting in their early days, it makes sense to look at ATM calls several months out.
NIO seems to be the prime player and other articles give it a bull case with the pull-back ATMs make sense.
